Hinokizaka offers contemporary Japanese cuisine that’s deeply rooted in traditional sensitivities. Hinokizakais open daily for lunch between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 5:30to 10 p.m. Breakfast is served on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, from 6:30 to 10 a.m. Its 200-year old teahouse, Kokushoan, is especially popular forspecial affairs.
