“Pumpkin Extravaganza” Brunch in The Restaurant

The Pumpkin Extravaganza is a traditional Sunday brunch that is dedicated to the love of pumpkin! The savory portion of brunch will be seasonal fall-related items with just small touches of pumpkin accent. The desserts will feature items such as Indian Chai and Pumpkin Crème Pie, Pumpkin Crème Brulee, Pumpkin & Maple Gooey Butter Cake, Pumpkin and Pecan Bread Pudding, Pumpkin Fudge and “Pumpkin Latte “Tiramisu to name a few as well as the traditional favorites. $49.00 per person / $24.50 for children 2 to 10 years old. Executive Sous Chef Jaco Smith invites you on a culinary journey which will indulge your senses and tempt your palate. Guests will be escorted through The Ritz-Carlton kitchen to The Wine Room, St. Louis' largest dine-in wine cellar where you will be treated to this intimate, one-of-a-kind cooking demonstration designed to educate, inspire and entertain. Thanksgiving Harvest Brunch in The Restaurant
Thursday, November 25 – 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
$75.00 per person
Experience the most lavish Thanksgiving Day brunch in St. Louis at The Restaurant. The menu includes traditional holiday favorites such as hand-carved roasted turkey with all the trimmings and golden baked beef Wellington as well as an array of items including assorted Maki rolls, sushi and sashimi, caviar and smoked fish display, and an array of salads, cheeses, seafood, pastas, breads and desserts. Uniformed chefs will prepare delicacies such as sesame seared scallops, Maryland lump crab cakes and escargot ravioli as well as made-to-order omelets. Thanksgiving Dinner “To Go”
Thursday, November 25, 2010 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 
One of St Louis's finest restaurants, The Grill, is offering Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner "To Go" for those who wish to entertain at home minus the culinary chores. This delicious holiday feast serves four to six guests and includes a St Louis-style maple and lavender-basted 10 to 12 pound Tom Turkey with gracious accompaniments including sage & sausage stuffing with citrus cranberry sauce, oven-baked sweet potatoes with brown sugar, green bean casserole with mushroom cream and friend onions, sweet corn pudding, spiced pumpkin pie and freshly baked dinner rolls. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance with pick-up between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Thanksgiving Day. $180.00 exclusive of tax and gratuity.

Gather for a favorite family tradition at The Ritz-Carlton and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon in festive surroundings featuring storytelling, face painting, caroling, hot cocoa, tea, a selection of tea sandwiches and pastries and a special cookie decorating station. Guests are invited to bring a teddy bear to donate to a local child through the Foster and Adoptive Care Coalition.

Gingerbread Workshop

Join St. Louis Magazine’s A-List Pastry Chef Simone Faure for a hands-on gingerbread workshop. Each person or family will receive a kit complete with a gingerbread house, icing, tools and candy. This two and a half hour session includes a holiday dessert buffet complete with warm apple cider and The Ritz-Carlton signature spiced eggnog. Children 5 and under are complimentary when working with an adult.

The VIP Room at The Lobby Lounge

The VIP room offers guests a private area to enjoy open bar, hors d’oeurves and a dessert buffet at midnight. Guests are invited to move between the VIP room and The Lobby Lounge at their leisure. Access to the VIP Room is available only as part of an overnight package which includes unlimited access into the VIP Room, deluxe overnight accommodations for one night, breakfast for two guests, valet parking and 2 PM check-out.
