The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis Cooking Class to Offer Cooking Tips and Recipes Perfect for the Holidays

Entertaining for the upcoming holidays? Cooking for your family and friends and feeling a little pressure? Then you won’t want to miss the upcoming opportunity to learn holiday cooking tips and recipes from the culinary experts at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis.

The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis is offering a cooking class called “Home for the Holidays” on October 27, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., that will be conducted in the kitchens of the Clayton luxury hotel. Ritz-Carlton chefs will provide “hands-on” instruction for preparing tasty dishes specifically for the holiday season, and preparing them in a quick and easy manner.

Dishes that participants of the Ritz-Carlton “Home for the Holidays” cooking class will prepare under the watchful eyes of the Ritz chefs include:

  • Lemon herbs butter basted Turkey 
  • Sweet potato casserole 
  • Corn bread stuffing 
  • Smoked salt popovers , pumpkin peach butter 
  • Lavender dusted Quail, pomegranate and watercress salad 
  • Pumpkin pie and other holiday desserts and sweets

Cooking class students not only will learn great holiday cooking tips and recipes, but will also enjoy the chance to work one-on-one with the Ritz chefs and pepper them with cooking questions of all kinds.

The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis “Home for the Holidays” cooking class is $79 per person, which includes a continental breakfast and a Ritz-Carlton holiday recipe booklet. Participants also will enjoy lunch consisting of the dishes they make in class. For reservations, call 314-719-1433. Space is limited.
