– The Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai is releasing the “It’s Time to Meat” menu in its award winning Italian Restaurant, Palladio. Designed by the restaurant’s very own Italian Chef, Gianluca Serafin, the menu will be available for lunch and dinner starting from November 2013.“I am delighted to introduce our new meat menu in Palladio, specially designed for our guests who are looking for some sensational feast to welcome the seasons of autumn and winter. “It’s Time to Meat” is offering an extensive carnivorian menu with innovative and classic dishes, only using the very best of premium beef, pork, veal, home-made sausages, lamb and chicken.”

“It’s Time to Meat” is showcasing 13 different kinds of premium meat dishes including Tajima Beef, Wagyu Beef, Angus Beef, Iberian Pork, Australian veal, Silere Lamb Rack, Free ranged chicken and Italian style homemade sausages; all are best accompanied with a selection of traditional side dishes such as homemade mashed potatoes, potato and bacon croquettes, potato with cheese and crème spinach, potato fries, grilled mixed vegetables etc.
Named after renowned Italian architect Andrea Palladio (1508 – 1580), Palladio offers the finest Italian dining experience outside of Italy. The quality of the food centers around the selection of the freshest ingredients, signature dishes and new offerings celebrating seasonal changes.
