Indulge in the Highest Brunch and Spa Experience on Sunday at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong

Hong Kong, 5 March 2012 – Savour the weekend with the luxurious Sunday Brunch at the world’s highest bar Ozone at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, and enjoy a special 15% savings for the rejuvenating and relaxing spa treatments at The Ritz-Carlton Spa by ESPA at 465 meters above sea level.

The Brunch at Ozone is a journey of gourmet delight. Appetizers are whetted with waiter-served Alaskan Crab and Guacamole Sesame Cones or Tomato Confit with Lemongrass, followed by the succulent Mini Wagyu Beef Burger, or the tempting Asian Spicy Bouillabaisse. Guests can then dip into an ocean of cold dishes from the buffet table, including sushi, sashimi, salad, Scottish salmon, and jet-fresh seafood like oysters, lobster, mussels and king crab legs. At the theatre cooking station, chefs will freshly-create Pan-fried Duck Foie Gras, Curry Laksa Noodle with King Prawn, Beef Cubes Teppanyaki Style or Chicken with Teriyaki and Vegetables Robotayaki. Main courses are available for order from the menu. The mouth-watering options include Tandoori Salmon with Saffron Basmati Rice, Papadom; Roasted Black Cod with Ponzu Caramel, Seaweed Crust and Walnut; and Tempura Prawns Udon Noodles.

Free-flowing champagne is served during the brunch, and guests can also toast the weekend with a freshly-shaken Bloody Mary or Martini tailor to the guests’ taste. Experienced bartenders will share their cocktail-making tips and banter with guests on the spot.

With the high notes hit on this indulgent culinary journey, guests can also finish on a sweet note. A series of decadent desserts are available to perfect the meal. Not-to-be-missed items include à-la-minute Frozen Lollipop with 3 kinds of flavors (raspberry, mango and chocolate), Baked Warm Chocolate Tart, Pandan Crème Brulee, Vanilla Crème with Bird’s Nest, Mini Mango Pudding, Mini Lemon and Lime Tartlets, and much more.

Available every Sunday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., Sunday Brunch is priced at HK$888 per person with free-flow of Veuve Clicquot Champagne and HK$1,888 per person with free-flow of Vintage 2002 Dom Perignon Champagne including 10gm of Hybrid Caviar.

When enjoying Sunday Brunch at Ozone, guests are entitled to a special 15% savings when visiting The Ritz-Carlton Spa by ESPA on level 116 of the hotel. Apart from the pampering treatments, guests can also enjoy the Spa facilities including the Harborview Relaxation Area, Aroma Steam, Stone Saunas and Experience Showers, for up to 60 minutes prior to the treatment time to begin a complete day of relaxation and indulgence.
