The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte Announces Preferred Pricing and Amenities for Friday and Sunday Weddings

CHARLOTTE, NC. June 13, 2012 -- Brides marrying on a Friday or Sunday have access to special new pricing at The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte, as the hotel has unveiled a year-round roster of benefits available exclusively for weddings on these two days of the week.

Offering a savings of 35% on wedding food and beverage pricing, the new Friday and Sunday Weddings package at The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte provides similar menu components to those presented for midweek and Saturday wedding receptions, including a three-hour open deluxe bar, passed hors d’oeuvres, plated dinner and a custom-designed Bar Cocoa wedding cake. Additionally, the new Friday and Sunday offering features complimentary valet parking for wedding guests, a complimentary wedding night stay in a suite for the bride and groom, a complimentary pre-event menu tasting for up to six guests, reduced rates on room blocks booked for wedding guests, and the ability to earn Marriott or Ritz-Carlton Rewards points.

The hotel’s Friday and Sunday reception package pricing ranges from $99 to $105 per guest, with diners able to pre-select from among three reception entrées: Roasted Ashley Farms Chicken Breast with Basil Jus, Vidalia Onion-Crusted Filet of Beef with Red Wine Jus, or Atlantic Salmon with Horseradish Crust and Three-Tomato Relish. The included Bar Cocoa custom wedding cake is also offered in an irresistible array of flavors, fillings and icings.
