The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong Engages New Ladies And Gentlemen In A Unique Way
The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong created a unique recruitment experience for the hospitality professionals in the city on 14th and 15th of November.
The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong has received more than 6,000 applications since April this year for the 500 vacancies the management team need to fill at the world’s highest hotel. The hotel has assessed thousands of candidates in the past few months. Unlike other mass recruitment exercises where candidates have to queue for several hours for a fifteen-minute interview, shortlisted candidates at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong received personal invitations to the ‘Commitment to Talent Day’ for a second interview.
