Al Noor International School organized in partnership with The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa a Gardening Day at The Bahrain Friendship Society for the Blind. 35 students from the school together with 20 ladies and gentlemen from the hotel participated in the initiative, planting almost 80 various plants donated by The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain to embellish the garden area of the center. All these trees and plants will enhance the sense of smell and touch of the visually impaired children and adults attending the Bahrain Friendship Society for the Blind, and will provide impactful learning experiences about the nature and its flora. Along with the planting activity, the students of Al Noor International School and the employees of The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa organized a fun day with games and entertainment for the visually impaired children in the kindergarten section of the center. Children were entertained by games, singing, story-telling and playing musical instruments. The children and the teachers of the center were deeply grateful for an unforgettable experience.
