Monahan began with The Ritz-Carlton in 1986 with assignments in Atlanta, Phoenix, Marina Del Rey and Laguna Niguel. For the past eight years, Monahan has been the General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, a 444 room resort on the Atlantic Ocean. During her tenure on Amelia Island, Monahan oversaw the additions of a spa, ballroom, and most recently, a new room’s renovation. Monahan will remain based on Amelia Island.
