Payment Guidelines
Completed Registration Forms must be faxed to The Leadership Center
(301) 644-6135, at least three weeks (21 days in advance of the class requested). Course enrollment is accepted on a "first come first served basis." Courses fill quickly, so early registration is encouraged.
Methods of Payment
- Payments can be made by check, money order, credit card or by wire transfer.
- All payment must be submitted in U.S. Dollars.

Credit cards are the only method of payment accepted within one week (7 days) of the class.
The completed enrollment form in the information kit serves as the invoice/bill. If you need additional information to expedite your company's payment process, call (301) 547-4806. Your payment however still must be received by the specified deadlines.
Cancellation Guidelines
Cancellations must be made in writing by email (theleadershipcenter@ritzcarlton.com) or faxed to (301) 644-6135. Written cancellations must be received at a minimum of three weeks prior to the scheduled class and are refunded at 50% of registration fee. Cancellations received within one week prior to the scheduled class will forego cost of registration fee.
NO-SHOWS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
The Leadership Center reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers, or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each enrollee if a program is canceled. If the program is not held for any reason, our liability is limited to the program fee only.
