Executive Education

We are pleased to announce a strategic alliance between The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and New York University for the creation of an ongoing Executive Education Series. "Implementing a Customer-Centric Culture" is a certificate program designed for senior executives. This series is co-developed by The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center and the Corporate Learning Services division of NYU's School of Continuing and Professional Studies.
