Most often called General Managers, they are the most senior leader at a location and are responsible for the location's overall success. This includes leading the executive team for the location (often called a Guidance Team), maintaining a strong working relationship with the owners, growing exceptional ladies and gentlemen, maximizing financial success, ensuring all operations are performed in accordance with our Gold Standards and delivering an extraordinary guest, member and resident experience. Area General Managers exist in some locations. These are leaders who oversee one specific location, but may have the General Managers of other locations in the immediate area report in to them.
